Yeah cause we all got property that size, or have a local area to build. You try living in Orleans man, the flatness sucks, but sure you can still build, assuming you can find a place that isn't visible to public eye or off a walking trail, or if you can find a piece of land not already owned by farmer or somthing, then once thats outa the way you still gotta drive prolly 30 - 45 minuts to get a good spot. I have built lots here but, since the local are is all public access it gets vandalized, or you do it on private land, and most farmers arn't to fond of having a bunch of bikers playing around on there property, even if it is an un used spot... lol. Sorry bout the rant but I have to say this has got to be the worst place I have lived for mountain biking. Peace Bru
