Days Fork is my favorite descent in the Wasatch. A couple hike-a-bikes following the ridge near this picture. Once you get to the traverse across the face on the right portion of this photo however, it's smooth sailing. Fast, steep, and fairly technical. Have not been on the Honeycomb trail yet, but it's on my short list.
