Yes, we get massive mud slides here every year and both the mesh and grass's roots are there to help keep the sandy loose mountain soil in place. Im very sure is works wonders but still we get bombarded with mud slides during summer every year. Even here you can see where Momo is dropping that is most likely a previous mudslide shelf or ledge!
