going tubeless is a wise choice if you punctures due to small thorns and small stuff, it'll allow you to run lower pressure, the white goo won't save you from a good rim pinch but might slow the leaks to make it home...weight wise, no clear winner depending on how ghetto you seal the rim...personally, I like the idea of that stuff when injected directly in the tube...
