In one jump I put my left wrist under chest to the tabletop, but when i wanted back my bar was the lock in Flannel shirt. So I coldn't bring it back and I landed in not normal way. I hope that the colarbone will be ok.

I did not get the titanium plate so my broken collarbone is a bit loose
The worst that with pleasure I would go ride but I can't.

 Don't worry it will heal without the plate but it will take a little longer as the plate restricts your bones movements. I too didn't get the plate and it took a long time to heal. Just take it easy as you know! Everything must hurt for you! RelaxTime!

 Yes titan plate would rebuild bone stiffness much faster.
No riding, no workshop, i even can't go to work
I hope that it will heal with the same speed like my previous broken bones.
