Thanks so much for putting this together! I've known my handlebars have been too wide for me (they were 780mm and I'm a small woman) but couldn't bring myself to chop some length off without some background info and guidance. I used your formula, took about 3.5 inches off (!!!) and now my bars feel like the perfect width for me.
