@zapbranigon: We eat a lot of salmon here in Japan. I love it but to preserve it they brine it in salt, so its sooooooooooooooo salty most of the time. A flavor that is easy to acclimate to but you know as you are eating it, its way too salty! I miss the salmon steaks I used to buy in back home and would just feather with salt, lemon! I love to eat!
