Thank buddy! But oh man, where do you go to get a pizza fix, do you have to go far?

Well home made is not bad, I love making fresh dough and building a pizza! But I just miss being able to order one up to chill at home with some homies! Or ordering a bunch for when the kids have friends over for a pizza party, oppositely we make a bunch but you have to plan it right. Our oven we can bake 2 at a time so its not that bad! There are some Roman style pizzeria shops here that are excellent but pricy! A one man pizza is easily 20 bucks!

@nikoniko: I love it that you cook everything and anywhere, you definitely know how to make "food" happen even on the side of the trail, that's awesome!!! Beer .RideOn brother and may the trail lead you to endless pizza pies, calzones and garlic knots!

A few different types of shrooms, arugula, onions, vegan nut cheese, almond/tapioca/rice crust (gluten free). New vegan place opened near me, I'm not vegan but actually like some of the food and wanted to give this a try and wow man its actually really good, I can't believe this isn't real cheese and the crust has no white or wheat flour at all, crazy !!??

@dirtyrig: hmm, sounds interesting and tasty. I’d give good vegan stuff a try, then eat a big steak the next night. Tasty is tasty no matter what. Haha.

It's a local pizza restaurant that opened near my job in New York City called Stone Bridge, they have vegan options, gluten free, dairy free, soy free... I was surprised how good it was.

@dirtyrig: Stone Bridge's is looking great.I know NewYork pizzas are treat! and I know Joe's is good one.they have new restaurant in Shanghai.but a taster from NewYork says it tastes worse than NewYork's haha.

@hypo1: That's interesting! I have a friend that moved to England with his wife and opened a bar/pizzeria. He was going to do NY style pizza, but was having a really hard time getting the crust to match the crust he made in NY. He used all the same ingredients, but he could not make the crust, not even close to how good it was when he made it in NY. So he did some research and found the reason was because of the only other ingredient that was missing, NY water. There's something about the composition of our local water that for some reason makes the crust of the pizza perfect NY style. So now he has his brother ship him NY tap water by the gallons!! He discovered this from others that have done the same thing in other parts of the world. Now that I think of it, even though I've had some amazing pizza in other countries, Greece and Italy are two of the top, I've never really tasted a pizza anywhere in the world, even Italy, with the same crust as in NY.

@dirtyrig: hey that's really interesting buddy! I thought there must be some reasons about ingredients but the water things were unexpected ! yes .just like you said the NewYork Pizza here has the same problem about crust .they taste OK but textures were not as I got the info from web! now I'm very interest in what Chinese food really tastes like in NewYork!haha if they used the original way and Chinese ingredients to prepare but the water in NewYork!
