I try not to poach trails but I'd love to know where this is.

"try not to poach trails"? unless it's on THEIR property, if someone built a trail, they want people to ride it. imo.

It's not exactly tucked away. Pretty easy to spot at the bottom section of Treasure Trail in Squamish, right before the road. Watched my buddy @andrew.giesbrecht (IG) ride it just last week.
