L5 complete separation of left shoulder (my good shoulder) with complete rupture of all ligaments. Titanium hardware, a clean shave of loose cartilage with cadaver tendon inserted. Cause; pretending I was 23 hucking care free, hitting a hip jump and and landing like I was actually 50years old.

Thanks fellow shredder. this happened a couple years a go and the wife just gave me the pic from her phone. I have since broken my right fibula last August and had multiple stitches in both forearms from bail outs. Wife says I am bat shit crazy to still be hucking shredding in my 50s. Its safer than sky diving and base jumping I always reply and she promptly walks outta the garage mumbling my life insurance is gonna make her forget about me. I love that girl!!!
