Could have gone red or green on the bar tape as I ordered three sets, yellow was my gut feeling as the front mag ain't yellow but front end of frame is. 48x18 on the gears, just getting used to it. TRP levers to match even though the Jagwire is only running the front caliper as the rear of the frame won't take a caliper as it's not drilled, but the pair you can ride on the hoods, and the jagwire is discrete fed through the huge Deda bars.
I won the bids on the Red Hook Crit decal sheet and Rockstar sponsors as this is the last year, or last year was Rockstar not going to sponsor the event, so 2018 frame/forks end up in style with relevant decals.
Ceramic headset keeps it all smooth as well as 25c Thickslick tyres. I was thinking of you taping the bars lol I knew you would be looking for perfection lol, I tried my hardest to do them right, but tricky I thought.
She looks light but not really with mag alloy wheels weighing 1200+ each, but tough and bombproof for Welsh dodgy streets. You'd love the other wheelset bro, 43mm rims, straight spokes up front, crossed on the rear, with Vittoria sport tyres 25c....wheelset and tyres weigh less that the front mag wheel alone lol, maybe too light for me, but will try them soon as they are pure race wheels and I guess this gearing will feel more sprightly also.
If I get fed up of this one, it's heading for Canada.
