Rule of thumb...
1/1000th minimum to freeze motion.
f3.2 - f4 when using 70-200
f4 - f5.5 when using 24-70
ISO - whatever you need to accomplish above settings. I tend to shoot a bit brighter and then darken in post if possible, but be careful not to blow out highlights (unless its the background)
