Is that a snake in the wheel, a tube cannot be that big, it would have to have 800psi for a 40 in wheel!

tubes are held in a smaller size by the tire casing. This tube is probably around 25-30 psi because free-riders run higher pressures. So, with the tube not in the tire, it expanded.
