Riding in Sun Peaks, oversent a big step up bailed. Landed on my leg and noticed there was a bone sticking out of my shin! After going to hospital they diagnosed it as as a lower leg tibia/fibular compound fracture. Got a plate put in with 4, 3mm plates and I should be back to normal in 8 months or so.
