Fit and contact points upgrades. New bar tape from LifeLine, way thicker than before. New compressionless Jagwire brake cables too. Controls pulled back as far as reasonable to shorten the reach. This bike fits me in an aggressive position, coming from MTB I'm better off in a more endurance-like position for which it seems a bit too big.
