not that hard to figure out. its showing the g-forces when you go into a turn. for example. look at the first picture in the top left corner. the number above the picture (5') is saying that the turn is about 5 feet, the number to the left of the picture is the speed in mph that you would be going into the turn. so your going into the turn thats 5 feet at 5mph. the number bellow the picture (first one in the grey the 0.30) is the g-force. 0 g-force would be just like standing there. if for example you were at 1 g-force, your body would weight twice as much as it is at 0 g-force, so if you weighed 100 pounds the force would make you feel like your 200 pounds. the number beside the g-force number (on the chart, its in bold) that is the angle that your body is in during the turn. so for the first picture this is pretty much what it is showing you...

the turn is 5 feet long, your going 5mph, you would feel .30 heavier (from the g-force), and your body is positioned at 18 degrees.

if you can't understand such a simple chart, your screwed in math and science..
