about 5 years ago a ex-friend of ours was cleaning out his storage shed. he had two Schwinn Stingray frames with forks. He was giving one frame to another ex-friend's ass-hat of a kid. He was gonna toss the other frame unless I took it. I wanted it sooo bad but my wife totally poo-poo'd the idea. What a flood of memories seeing those frames brought back. I built up at least a half a dozen Stingrays when I was a kid. All were like trash bin finds, same with all the parts. My friends and I all had 'em and thrashed the living shit out of them. Man I'm still disappointed I didn't just take it. (I did get two old ass wooden push reel mowers free out of the cleanout though. I use them all the time....lol...)
