 Thanks, I really do too. I'm too beat-up to ride MTB much anymore, so these vintage cruisers are more my speed these days. I have a place in my heart for old Schwinns, they remind me of better times, when my only worries were getting flats & getting home on time for dinner! Thank you for your comment!

 @FIVE8FIVE: So fair practise trade put an end to straight up American companies like this . Seems profit over rides democracy and I don't understand how people didn't wise up to the fact long ago . The people building and sending bikes to America have no rights or freedom. Liberal trade laws and underhanded investors are to blame and the Bush administration should have acted the way Trump did on trade long ago , to stop this bs . You show value in your country"s past by displaying these bikes with passion and I applaud you.

When I'm riding one of the Schwinn classics, especially my 1940 Schwinn DX Klunker, I feel the steel below me & think to when this bike was just minerals in the ground. Hard-working people mined the steel to be crafted by more hard-working Americans putting their blood,sweat, & tears into something to be enjoyed 80 years later. I appreciate everything that goes into these bikes, & I thank you for understanding the special"ness" of them to me!
