I was in the area on a road bike tour and wanted to see if this trail would be interesting to bring a MTB next time. I start bike-hike from the lake uphill. Unfortunately coming from below and already dark, I not see the fork cdc-gully run. So I ended up carrying my touring bike up the gully-run. The lower part about two places bamboos fall over the trail, in upper part some shrubs.
