haha...yeah, we jokingly call them "diving board" bumpers. My 635csi was a euro car and had the small bumpers (it's in my profile pics). Trust me...we all long for the euro bumpers on these older cars.
I bought this car for $900 including spares and the coveted Bentley manual. Planned on driving it for about a year, then turning it over to our son as his first car. 528e, sunroof (worked perfectly), automatic, rear wheel drive, pretty underwhelming performance. Perfect for a teenager. Wife got pissed off about it so I wound up selling it within a few months. Sucks...it ran really well and would have been a good starter car for him.
