tbh i dont have a clue about t.v's! it is 1080p according to the stocker on the side, and i dont use it from there, my bed is about 5ft back and i usually just sit on there as ive got a wireless keyboard and mouse. also does anyone know what simplink is? it is on the stocker aswell and on the remote but i dont have a clue what it is :s

1080p is bad enough with a 40" but with only 720p its pretty much unusable from that close...

 yeh, i have my ps2 wired in (just for use of dvd player ) it also has 2 hdmi ports which i believe go in to ps3's?

 i suggest upping it to 1080p unless of course its simply unusable from your bed I wonder if they make seasons in HD
