oh sweet well the hoops were 320 i think then labour 80 the spokes and nipples 100 plus gst and stuff so ya there around 500 to 550. anyways i still spent around 1800 give or take a little, im mostly looking for sujestions on what else i should change i dont wanna sell it unless some guy wants to pay alot haha but ya i like this p.1 to much! also how much did your bars and seat cost? cuz my seat was 49.99 and the bars were 70 i think

i understand that you want 1800 but in reality if thats the price you paid why would someone buy a used riden bike that they could get it brand new for that price plus new shit comes with warrenty and why is it your asking ppl what you should change if your a tech? shouldn't you have a better idea then most ? and on that note why as soon as any one says something is over priced there first response is im a bike tech???

ya i have no clue why everyone is sudenly a bike tech, also im not totally lookin to sell my bike but if someone does want to save the hasel of putting it all toghter with the parts and crap then ill sell it, its been rode maybe 2 times so its technicaly not used and i really dont know any light bike parts so im just asking peoples opinion. thanks

get a fox 32 and drop it down to 80mm or 100mm. super light amazing ride. and if you really wanted to shave weight you could just sell your frame:P P1's are a little on the heavy side for street bikes. A blkmrkt Mob or dobermann would drop you a few lbs if you have the money to get one. its definatly worth it

k dont coment on my fucking bike if you dont know wat the hell you are talking about! try the bars and grips are worth 100 and then seat 50 brake is 225 the rims cost me 550 or so to build them including labour spokes nipples etc then pedels sprokets chain and a whole bunch more shit thats all come to just under 1800 so fuck off

It would have been a better idea to go with a 20mm front hub when you re-laced your wheels, finding a great 10mm fork is kind of hard. I don't know of any though. Since you cant help that, if those are the stock tires get some schwalbe tabletops (folding, not sport), they are the lightest 26 inch tire you can get. That will free up a pound or two.
Other than that its a pretty nice bike, get a king headset? Thats all you can really do. Or start getting ti.

well buds cant really say your a good one when you dont even now how much a rimset is the cheapest wheel set to build is like 300 because spokes are 100 labour is close to 100 then hoops are 100 and those are expencive hoops dont know how much and those fun bars retail for 79.99 at my local shop and grips are 16.99. brake is like 220. seat prob around 45 chain i say 30 pedals are like 40 then just putting all this new stuff on i say like 850 in upgrades plus the bike is liek 700 so 1550 plus its one of a kind and i lowballed all the stuff

well spokes are 60 cents 2 a doller piece where i work and thats like hhhm 6 8 $ toppps and ur hoops are like 100$ then depends what hub u8 gettt so shut up

yes there stock hubs and front is 25t and rear is 12t and its the perfect ratio for me. u can't go any smaller on the back then 12 with the stock hub
