i got my norco nicked by a chav once. i saw him riding off on it. so i got my bros road bike out and chased him down, unluckily for him my other hobby is mma/ufc (cage fighting) so i kicked the shit out of him, like really badly. if i was you i would wait in your shed one night with a sledge hammer. the look on the guys face when he sees a 5 kilo piece on iron landing on his foot. priceless! hope you get your steed back mate.

Thanks for the interest mate the bike ran excellent with triples i told the shop my weight who then ran specailzied and they said that the forks would be fine for my weights
