Not unlike some of the trails I rode in Santa Cruz then - only they are on somebody else's private land, haha Seriously though; cool that you get good people to ride and have control over who is there. Nothing more annoying to find your hard work wrecked by obnoxious and disrespectful kids.
right on even if I also build public stuff such as MTBPark, muny pumptracks and skill centers... it is always good to keep to yourself some pieces of smoothitude...
Pro builder? Ofc important to keep developing and testing new experiments; like in any domain really. Especially if you are building public stuff for others to use.
Interesting. I'm sort of thinking along those lines myself - swiching over fron construction management to building trails. That plus making CAD software for the same purpose.
if you really wana know... you must have a shit load of dedication ... cause it doesn't pay much..; compare to the work you can do... or at least to myself it is tough but I still like it...
