 I went by this back in March when I was in Paris. Was pretty cool to see after seeing it here first. Looked like there was a fence pretty close around it...did they put one up so people wouldn't ride it, or did it just look like it was closer than it really is?

 yeh ive been there too and rode it, the fence isnt too bad but im pretty sure it was built to ride, cos its got coping around it hahaa, but yeah it probably looked a lot closer than it actually is
