And as far as our economies go, I find it amusing that even when we're on the verge of a depression the conversion rate for Canada-US is still .80/1.20. Yeah, you guys are really doing great up there, huh?

they didnt enter ww2 to stop genocide..they were attacked by japan at pearl harbor,noone knew about the genocide until close to the end of the war. & the canadian econnomy is more stable when the american dollar is worth more, the point is we dont cast billion dollar bills like every tuesday just to keep our economy running at F*cked lol.

they joined late in ww2 too, ( ww2 started 1939). germany was owning everything until 1944, the usa came into it and the war in europe was done less then a year later.

Well, Canadians were pretty tough, considering the fact that we were the only one to have completed all our objectives on D-Day, we were thrown into Dieppe and lost thousands because of faluty planning, flew planes at the battle of Britain, trained the pilots because of billy bishop in WW1. We also helped in the taking of Italy.

Now for WW1: We were the ones who were able to combat the gases at Ypres, defeat the panzers and the Sommes, and get through Passendael. We also had the best pilot by name of Billy bishop with 72 kills. The only man to ever beat him was the Red Baron himself. Oh, and a Canadian killed the Red baron two.

So i think its safe to say we did our part; it was certainly a combined effort.
