 i called the distributor and had them sent to my local shop but you can prob just get two wheels in london to order them because they can order NS Bikes stuff.

 yes 3.5" rise, i got them from a distributor but your in the uk so either local bike shops or try the internet umm chainreactioncycles.com would be a good start
