hm. the frame build is very similar to the longbow (basic shape, build around the bb)

also, i'm definitely taking every single picture you post and running it through linkage to see what the result is.

as in,

different bikes. the Wakazashi is a single pivot, the Longbow is a Moto G*P Floating Suspension System

yeah, i know. i was just saying that the frames are similar, not commenting on the linkage.

not really. if you squint they look the same. the DT on the Longbow will be curved to clear a boost can on a DHX air, the Waka uses a diamond shaped DT

 ah, i stand corrected.

and on the topic of the longbow- do you have a proto for that built yet or are you still working on the design?
  • 0 0
still designing. we need it to do things that bikes can't do yet so we are having fun blowing up the CAD machines!

Looks sick man, apparently brown makes me look slimming, well thats what my girlfriend says anyway lol. And can you run a single speed chain in a 'shmidt? That would be sooo cool. for alot of things 2 gears is all you really need.

 HAHAHAHA!!!
  • 1 0
so you can go single speed or better yet... run a Hammerschmidt and have 2 speeds and no rear mech to hang up on crap

i like this frame better than the longbow frame tup

that looks so clean, how much travel?

How do you all think we should route the cables?
  • 1 1
downtube for sure then inside the cranks to the chain stay. Just make sure you put a cable holder above the bb high enough that the cables won't get pinched.
  • 1 1
avoid the top tube to seat stays, you get too much cable movement and therefore rub
  • 1 1
looks like we'll go bottom of down tube with full length cables.
How does everyone feel about the possibility of a hydro or cable detangler system as stock?
  • 0 0
I think that will make this the only bike on the market that has that option stock. Do you have any companies in mind that offer this service?
  • 0 0
 no one comes to mind.
