Well actually she's sitting down in the garage now with a pewter CK headset, Revelation 426 Air U-Turn, Funn Serial Killa stem, and Cannondale Fire riser bars waiting for me to make up my mind about setting her up geared or singlespeed.

 GEARED!

If I go geared, she's going to be set up with full SRAM Red, including the new 10-speed DoubleTap flat bar shifters...

 Even I have gears. =]

Yes well, only 3 out of 36 bikes that I've owned in the past have been singlespeed, so I'm definitely inclined to set her up with gears. Whether I do 10-speed Red or 5-speed X.0 is unclear to me at this point, though.

5 speed X.0 would win you steeeze points.

Yeah I'm thinking about it. 5-speed Red would be kinda cool, too, and quite a bit lighter to boot.

5 speed Red, even though I'm not one for SRAM.

yeh i say that earlyer its sik

Also why would I swap out the forks? The Reba Team 20mm are perfect for the bike they're on now. 3.85 lbs (w/uncut steerer) and 20mm axle = stiff and light.

wow man are they rely that light. thats prety sik

Yes, they are. I weighed all of my new parts on a digital scale before I put them on.
