Meth-amphetimine users are a problem where we're from, the guy who runs the local FR park has had issues. We shut the park down early to shoot sometimes....ah the good ol usa
I'm not packing at the moment, it takes a lot of legal work and time to be able to own and carry a gun here. I think it's 5 years with a smoothbore gun (shotgun), then you can get a rifled weapon. Not entirely sure on the handgun laws here, but I know you can own them.
"Traumatic" weapons are the hot ticket for people wanting to defend themselves. Basically a real gun that shoots rubber bullets.
Shitty thing is, laws here work against you in almost all situations. You can't just shoot first and ask questions later, and unless you can prove 100% that the guy you shot and injured/killed was trying actively to kill you, you will get in big trouble and go to jail here. And jail in Russia is f*cking horrible.
