 i have an 2009 55r, payed 250 for it brand new and its the best fork for the money i have ever had. nothing has failed on it, perfect feel, very plush and only $250.

 i think picking a fork is your own personal opinoin, some people like the feel of marzo better, some people like rock shox better

 Explain. To me, the Boxxers were weak sauce. Fox 40's are far superior to any Marzocchi or RS offerings IMO.

 The fact that they were making their forks in italia was their advantage.

 The RC3 damping is the problem. Structurally, the forks are fine, but the damping is unreliable and not as smooth as RC2. Just IMO.
