I'll be getting a new 2010 40 in white along with a Cane Creek Double Barrel, Sram XO kit with Nokon housing, Sram PG-970 DH, KMC X9L-TI chain, E13 LG1+ and yeah

No. The boxxer is a very good dh fork but I wouldn't take it over the ridiculous freeride and downhill performance of the 40.
