I think I broke my wrist yesterday. same side too. it swelled up pretty bad, and I can't move it from side to side. sucks. get well soon.

I should. it was a cool crash though. I misjudged my speed on an object in the basic size and shape of a five gallon bucket. I could normally jump it in my sleep, but my back wheel hit it and whipped the bike around in a full front flip one and a half feet of the ground. I landed back wheel first, with the front wheel up in the sky. then I did a weird twist on my wrist and fell to the side. I bruised my knee pretty badly and got a nice road rash too. then I walked home about 17 blocks. not fun at all.

haha, please tell me there's a picture? That sounds pretty epic.
If your wrist looks normal but it just super swollen, it's likely just a small break or fracture.
Either way you'll need a cast though, so go get an x-ray ASAP.

nope. no pic. I was riding alone. it does look normal with a healthy dose of swelling, so I'm lucky, I guess. I will never forget the words of the kids on the other side of the street. they saw what happened, and as I was laying in a pile on the ground, on of them said, "OH SHIT!". he didn't scream it, and he didn't yell it. he just said it fairly loudly. pure poetry.

Lol man Im sitting here in a cast right now but dif side.If you broke your wrist you would know.Mine didn't even hurt all that bad but I knew it just wasnt normal.

haha the doctor just grabbed it (we thaught it was broken) and it went SNAP and than it felt so much better but now it disclocated for no reason

Damn, remind me to never go to that docter... They gave me NOS the moment the paramedics came, morphine and ketamine while in the ER, and then a steady morphine drip for a couple days after surgery,

FUN how stoned were you out of a 10? lol i have severe asthma and my meds make me holusinate and get really hyper and shaky and i see this spide thats no joke like 10-15 feet wide and 10 ft tall its funny
