it really should be POD, but I think that helmet thing is just a stupid pinkbike rule (not sure about it)
in my opinion that rule must be for the young new riders, cause if they see a pod pic and the rider has no helmet, they may think that helmet is a dispensable thing and won't use it (I am just speculating)

its a flatland bike, I can tell from a few distictive things, the frame, front brake, bars, seat, and just the way hes riding it, its an awesome picture! POD!
