Haha im always conscience of it going, even before i saw this picture! haha 2 weeks of riding it and i have managed to crack the weld under the headtube
well thats what you get for running unknown bike company frames i know lots of peopel which have snapped theres the company is starting to go bust they are jsut to light
nope but the company has already been mentioned in the above comments, they had "issues" with a batch of frames that had the down tube welded on the wrong way round!!
ooooo thats got too be one of the worst possible things that could happen to you in a competiotion... Great POD though.... props to the rider and the photographer.
^^^uh, theres nothing wrong with bmx, its just that it just so happens that its a bmxer whos about to eat shit in this pic but there are plenty of mtb crashes too
i am talkin about PODs here, i mean like, yall cant show us a bmx guy doin a frontflip barspin(that would be cool) but u can show a bmx guy snappin his bike in 2...
probably more to do with lightwieght is VERY fashionable in bmx at the mo,to a point of fashion over function & stuff like this is the result tho it wont be long before the mtb jumpers catch up with the bmx trend an steel 26"jump bikes become fasionably lighter an start failing like this an then have further to fall LOL
the only reason a bmx is stronger then a mtb is because a mtb is more complicated, it has alot more things to be broken, bmx's are simple alot less things to be broken on them
I didn't see this! I was there for the slopestyle final, watched a bit of the bmx but didn't stay too long, nice photo though. Avoriaz is such a cool town, love the way the buildings all looked (I'll be posting some photos of the slopestyle at some point).
exactly. why has no one realised that it snapped because it is a ukbikeco frame. you can see by their stupid colourway. and the fact that the tubing is so thin it can be dented by rain. thats waht you get when you make a stupidly light frame for mark webb so he can do flair, tap, flair to whip to barspin to decade to foot jam.
bike............................................349$ right elbow pad.................................14.95$ the look on his face after his frame snapes.....PRICELESS
these guys all had only one pad on, and in all my bail photos the were landing on that elbow. he was fine, made the bail look soft and wasnt too scathed i dont think
my friend did this on a step up in a big indoor skate park (rampworx) wilst i was right behind him i bailed my bike up the step up and i ended up landing on the ledge of it :L quite fun tbh but this shit looks like its gonna hurt (alot)
its not fake and if i remember right your not suppose to post comments like fake or photo shooped anymore if you remember the agrrement that you clicked ok to comment on photos. hope the suspend you
