i have owned both the 360 and ps3, my 360 had the ring of death and MS wanted me to pay for their poor cooling set up, so now i'm a proud owner of a ps3. My ps3 does get hot but doesnt have any over heating problems like freezing and crashing, and i leave my ps3 on about 80% of the time. So i'm gonna have to say for the newer systems PS3 is the way to go.
i dont know it well enough to explain but enough to mock it. the red ring of death is the worst nightmare a xbox 360 owner can have. a random fuck up of the xbox 360. it deletes all the data and wont work. Microsoft can fix it but you lose all your data.
yeah im not saying its irreplaceable it just id be pissed if my ps3 had a defect and had to send it to sony i mean thats way over in japan shipping would kill haha jk
True, at least mine only had to go within the UK when it first broke. Did my own repair when it went nuts the second time, but it was outside the 3 year warranty.
