My fave rims and have had no problem with and Im hard on rims are the 729's I bend dent or tako at least three to five a season on the back and like a couple of front rims, but since the 729s I have not bent it yet.

What's wrong? 3 cross must be the most standard lacing for MTB.

I use 4 cross cause its stronger.
