Well, yes. =) I'd rather say, nice dh frame, what about all bike... it might, as well, but... "it's f*cking beast" x), how it was mentioned by some guy here.
as he said the bashguard isn't only there to stop the chainring from bashing on the ground, it's to stop your leg from bashing on the chainring. TACO-guard but all the way around
man, its good for any use! u can roll over threes, some people, no probs! cars, easy! tank! u might feel a bump...i used to ride bikes like this need to get back
No, I haven't but I'm sure that this bike is not comfy for dh... Why do you think all brands are trying to make they'r bikes with low as possible BB heigh and low front end?
well he has ridden one, so i think Hirig would know if it was good on a Dh course, or atleast preformed well for him. Depends on how big the rider is, if he is a bigger guy he needs a bigger guy, not all of us are a buck forty.
Give Sam Hill a bike like this and for example a Specialized Demo, which one do you think he would prefer and which one do you think he will be fastest with? Of course the Demo because it's for dh, and I said it from the beginning that this one is for drops. If hirig think that this bike has performed well for him, then I think he doesn't know what a real dh bike is
when i sad "road bike" i was sarcastic, the point is, i dont really like fancy race stuff, and as a former owner of a big rig like this, i know, its super easy on the hill down, and only 48.5lbs was my setup: big hit05 + supermonsters, and im 183cm tall, its pretty easy to manover, unless ur a wusss...and are afraid....,ok,they dont corner like a pro DH bike, but hey, i newer ment to win the world cup with it, sometimes, 12" forks save a few faceplants too...and..not only, huge rocks, roots, i can run over them easy, some dogs as well, and gypsys
12" forks CAUSE face plants if anything. What kriiss is saying is that this is a piss poor race bike. Would it fun on dh courses, yes, but would it be as fast as something a little less ridiculous, no.
