nnnnnno. why would they do that, their Giant, they own their own patent that works just as well if not better...and they run the fricken show. without them 70% of bikes wouldnt exist
how could you possibly say the old faiths looked better, and it's normal for a frame manufacturers frames to look similar because usually they all use the same technology.
i think the new giants look sick especially the faith, much cleaner looking than the old ones
I'm not stupid, I know it's a Glory. I was saying it looks a lot like the new Faith, not the old one.
'how could you possibly say the old faiths looked better'. If you read a few comments up, you'll be able to see my say it again. Then if you read it again, I'll say it again.
looks exactly like a session but thats because trek and giant share alot of their designs there also the only two brands that have bontrager components
where do you see bontrager parts on a giant? giant actually uses name brand parts to cut costs whereas Trek uses their own house company to cut costs. Giant would use a Mavic 729 rather than a 823 to cut costs, and Trek will put a Big Earl or something rim that must just be spanish for tacho
sorry i got mixed up garry fisher and trek use bontrager
the session is a 4 bar linkage too only the swingarm is longer and there is a reinforcement where the toptube and seat tube meet the top tube also dips near the seatube junctoin and it looks like the giant has a tapered head tube and they both have alot of saint stuff
if u guys didn't know giant has been doing tapered headtubes for YEARS there were just never forks made for them. Then all of a sudden when trek does it everyone's like "wow".
and the old glory looked soo gooood. but i suppose you wont see much of it when your riding it. the people at giant who made this are clearly following the 'how ugly can we make our new products range' and seein if people still buy them.
woop woop neg props for pointing out the bikes an uggo. i just hate the way the rear triangle is almost bigger then the front, lapieere, mondraker, rage etc all make light bikes that still look pretty, and are smaller companies. tho specialized are huge too and the new big hit is also an uggo
Mazekwon, did you not notice the face the shock doesnt have that massive chunk of metal in the middle where the shock used to go through, and they just took off a bunch of excess material that made the bike overdone and overweight.
