Oh and BTW, the 'big ass LCD' should not only play some cool vids, but also show the riders in the stadium if they pull off a wicked move, so that anyone could become a star for a moment

i cant believe that theres people who will give out millions, sometimes even billions, to build a big waiste of space stadium, yet nobody will give out a few dollars to help somebody make a bikepark that wont get wrecked by a bunch of council workers.
cricket is a waiste of money, time and life.

i play it and im poor as shite. its not a game for people with no balls. i know a guy who can bowl a ball faster than a car on a motorway. you have to have a big juicy pair of balls too face that even with protection. but im all for the mountain bike stadium

your american i understand. you basically bowl the ball. throw it at the batsman ( a dude with a square basball bat) then he trys to hiit it. when he hits it he runs between one side of the lil light brown thing in the middle to the other. each time he runs to one side he scores one point.

REGARDING THE IMAGE - cool! good job, the image expresses the biking event very well.
REGARDING THE MESSAGE: I don't want MTB to become one of those sports like cricket, soccer, football or hockey that thrive on most pathetic specimens of men which thrive on 6-packs, TV, couch and a life motto "I thought I told you to shut up!". I prefer to be called a freak or idiot trying to kill himself in the woods on a bicycle more expensive than a car. So I am affraid what you are trying to do here is to make MTB a cricket...
REGARDING CRICKET, FOOTBALL: I believe that massive sports like football are great in terms of being a sport that kids or mature humans can train instead of doing cr**, but I hate them for the commercial machine that runs them.
Being a fan of a sport that you don't practice your self is a onanism.
Being a fanatic of one is a f*ggoty sado-maso, fecalfetish self-rape
And a massive majority of fans don't practice it...

well I'd say that a good game for me is one that requires spontenaity... and cricket does not allow that.. between each ball you have too much time to preconceive and plan and it looses the true anticipation of many other sports... and the space is too limited... and the span of action vs the in-between-time is just not balanced for me... I'd rather build jumps and a slopestyle course and serve beer and popcorn on the weekends while our riders are sendin' it!!! :-D
Dig up the whole stadium build your own bike stadium. and ride whenever you feel like.
There will surround sound system playing all good track whole day.. and one big ass LCD playing cycling videos etc.
there will be no entry fee, no passes nothing.. if you have a bike.. just get in.. and enjoy till you are dead tired.
This should be done everywhere.. wherever cricket stadium exists.
The park will have everything that one need to live..so if one wants.. they can spend rest of their lives here cranking.. and optional grave yard, if they want to get burried here.
Big bike shows, any kind of mountain biking event... from BMX to freeride.. to trials..will be held here everymonth.
