Seatpost looks like it's in backwards...So either midget rider(or canadian, lol) or just to keep the seat out of the riders nuts? Ummm...or tire contact with the seat an issue?

Thanks. It has a 10.5" RC4 and a 63° HA with a 0mm bb offset and 425mm chainstays.
