HKS are good, but u dont get a ver loud psssss. Lol. I see what u mean about the turbo, if u dont need that HP back up dont worry. Lag is how quick a turbo kicks in. Twin turbos were made not only for that extra HP but they found the turbo system responds quicker with more of a punch. The lag just means it takes longer to spool, get up to PSI and produce power.
Haaaaaa. But I don't need 250hp to drift especially that I'm still learning. 215hp and 185 lbs/ft might be perfect and it doesn't count the FMIC, bov and full exhaust line.
Yea im not sayin u really need it, but when it comes down to it it helps. The FMIC wont do anything for hp. The exhaust will if u go from headers back. Ive heard of guys gaining almost 55 Hp of a well done exhaust system. Bov will just release your pressure when it is not in use.
Yea, i guess u plan on running it hard lol. U have to watch for curbs and speed bumps lol, put a leak in it and its no good. A guy i know had an Audi S4 and got a crack from a pot hole on the highway in his FMIC. but also not to mention, they look bad ass with red or blue hoseing. Lol
Yea, he was pissed, he went into a gas station and came out and there was a puddle right under it. I think u cand buy a glide plate made of carbon fibre or aluminum. Depends on the intercooler company. Drifters have steel tubing that goes out and around it almost like a bush guard on a truck.
Looking for HKS stuff for all my engine. Expensive but damn good. RB25DEt seems to be heavy and I want a light car. I prefer lightness over 40 or 50hp more for drifting. And a 2.0 drink less gas than a 2.5 and might costs less to insure especially when you're 17 years old
Already done! Trust me! But it's for sale. Next car: Skyline Gts-t RB20DET with a coilover kit, sway bars kit and strut bars, front mount intercooler, injector, blow off valve and a short shift kit. It will be enough for me.
Damn industrialist park, I left a part of my tires there!
