it isn't a skid you idiots, look at his brake finger, little to no application, if you've ever benn pinning a flat loose corner and decided to give the rear end a little kick out you'd know what's up here

your comment would be true, but in australia they run their brakes in the opposite way everyone else does, this means that the front brake would be on the right and the rear on the left, now look at his left hand, it is pulled all the way in

far as I can see, he's running Saints very close to the grips anyway, and both levers are pretty much exactly the same distance from the bars.

Look at the rest of his album. Judging by that, I'm pretty sure this kid has the skills to drift a flat corner at pace without too much trouble.

Fair enough with the negative comments guys, I also agree there isn't anything crazy about this photo. But hey, the bike is one of the sickest, the kid is a pinner and i've only been shooting for 2.5 months.....so for me it's a pretty good confidence booster.

But still - it's not POD worthy. What if someone says 'I've just bought my camera, that's one of my very first photos, but this one is the best of them, make it POD!', huh?

Dingus, I didn't say that he asked for this, I just wanted to say that Sawleys explanation is stupid, and I made an example of equally stupid reason of making not an amazing photo POD [but as I see now, I'm in minority, more than 900 faves is a good result].

Things is, I see dozen of better pics every week and a POD in my book or at least used to be a GREAT photo...It hasnt been the case on many occasion lately.
Personally I like to either see a great photo that either makes me want to ride or great scenery or even a rider executing a sick maneuver...Just cant see what so interesting watching a guy trying to STOP his bike, kinda defeat the purpose doesnt it?
