yeah it shouldnt happen really, its a real easy one to predict. i guess maybe they just pushed it a bit fine with the wall thickness.

I agree both my new double and my bottlerocket are bowed on the top tube if you look close.
A easy fix would be to run the shock mount from the top tube to the down tube!
However the new one is riding great!
This is a trail ride from last sunday!!

Sure it's great, my riding dude has one. I was between Double, BottleRocket...and eventually got the Voltage Smile but still have my old hardtail specifically for that type of riding.

cool! I think the new voltage looks outstanding! pluse you can use different shocks and settings to get the bike you want! very cool!

It was defective from the start. I got this frame as a replacement for the orange double which had a very small crack. I built her up was very proud and started riding like normal! 2 days later I noticed the top tube looked a little strange. well, that night I went out with some friends for a night ride and was really getting into the ride when I noticed the frame was bending little by little. The next morning it looked like this. Transition was very cool and replaced it with another fram the same size and color which I have been riding very hard for over a year now and there is no problem. This particular frame was just unlucky! cool!

Yea just a rare frame!!! I have the same double now same color and its been riding good for over a year now!!! This was very shocking to me as it was just a week old, so the frame was bad from the start!!

ye that is rare, i was a transition team rider for a while and i have never seen a frame of theres do that, just a badly heat treat frame maybe..
