 Pedals brilliantly. I have propedal on the DHX and a "lockout" on the Wotan, but even with both of those turned off there's barely any pedal bob. The thing climbs like a goat. I have a really small cassette, similar to a sram p970 DH cept I picked my sizes specifically and it`s only an 8spd. My easiest gear is 36:26 and it`s still as happy climbing and pedaling than any of the hardtails or short travel rigs my buddies ride.
