both. first edited as an hdr image, then a bit of shadow, highlight, contrast, color, etc. adjustment.

no, although I have the demo for photomatix and it's pretty nice. this was done in Corel paint shop pro photo x2.

Nikon D90, I believe. I only did the edit, contact gotro for info on what it was shot on.
