Thanks. It's not a GTI (even though it does have GTI wheels) but it's fun and very clean. I got lucky with this one.

How are you going to turn a front wheel drive car into a drift car?
  • 1 0
 is it a rabbit than?

and you can still drift a front wheel drive car...or well powerslide.
but id be more of a rally drifting car. and i would eventually plan to just to a different transmisson and a new transfercase and a rear axel swap. do a little bit of body molding under nether and it wouldn't be that hard.

really? only a two door golf? sweet deal dude.
if its the 16 valve it has some speed potential.

 I'm pretty sure it's just 8V.

Nice car Wink Didn't think your car would be this small tho haha I always thought you'd have a pick up truck or something Smile ...My own car is even smaller hehe

Thanks. It's a great size for me. I was thinking of buying a VW Rabbit pickup but this was in better shape.

 First car? Nice buy!
You will miss 5 doors though, if you're taking mates anywhere!

Thanks. I probably won't be driving people that much, but you might be right.

What? My main function as a driver is to give people lifts....Big Grin

That is a nice ride. I would proudly drive that thing around. I bet that would look killer with a roof rack full of bikes.

Such a sick car, great snag rogue. How much did it set you back?
  • 1 0
Under $1000. It does need some work but it drives pretty well and burns rubber on dry ground.

 Love it!
