no the teams aer difrent you have just rebound and compresion the 09 teams have hig and low speed compresion

its the same, only difference is the 2009 teams have a 32mm stantision and 2010 races have 36mm stantions so teams are lighter and for mainly dh, 2010 race's are heaver and made for freeride and dh

not realy they put the old race hidraulics in the 2010 forks just the new teams and wc's are totaly difrent the 09 teams had high and low speed compression and if you look at your races that you say they nave only high speed so no sorry they work the same as the 09 races tried both and tis the same 10 are stiffer that is all

then you wil manage to break these too i saw a girl wh obroke 40's then you will be able to destroy these too if you don't look after them for exsample i ride 04 teams my firend broke 09 races in 5 months...
