The don't understand common law jurisdiction. The thing is whether you know the difference in between your legal fiction (your name all written down in capital letters) and your real one (David of the Smith family, for instance). The police have only powers over your legal fiction, but not over you. Moreover, the state cannot have any dealings with you as in your real "you" but through this dummy you or fictional you they created when you mother put you down on the registry (your birth certificate).
