im not trying to pick sides here but some easterns do come with brake rub on the rim. i was in my local shop the other day and they had 2 easterns that had brake rub straight from the factory.

ya but they dont test ride it to the point where the rim has brake rub. and i dont think they test ride bikes anymore.. they just test ride prototypes. there not goin to go test ride every single bike they make..also i asked the dude at the shop and he said that the back wheel comes with brake rub on it already.

actually the picture shows its white, but if you get the bike from dans comp the rear rim has no paint in just the sidewall, and it has a water groove too, its called a preground sidewall you dumb fucks, many companys do it, it makes your brakes work better, but it dous not matter because brakes are for fags who cant ride.... so suck on that one !

oh and ps i had the same eastern frame for 2 years, the only reasone i bought a new bike was it had a small tt, easterns are good, and if you break it, send it back and if you are the original owner thay will give you a new one for free, all, you need is a copy of the reciept, only ever see one grip reaper break, 360 down a 5 to 5 flat 5 landed sideways...

not all bikes come with the exact same set up, as u see in the picture my bike didnt come with those treads etheir, and it came with the silver walled back rim u fuck, so go ride ure peace of shit chopper.

Your back rim is not silver walled. It was obviously white but the paint has since been worn off. I'm not stupid.

The wheel doesn't come like that. www.pinkbike.com/photo/4427023 That is an obvious sign of use. If you bought it from a shop, maybe it was tested out a few times and the paint was already starting to wear off? If you bought it new in a box then you must have liked using the brake if you only rode it once.
